Conatt Projects cc was registered some 25 years ago and prior to that successfully traded as Conatt [Pty] Ltd in KZN with many successful projects to its name including schools, clinics and townhouse developments. Henry von Mollendorff acquired a vast experience in the building industry in a career that spans some 45 years of continued active involvement starting with LTA in the seventies as quantity surveyor [ became Grinaker/LTA ] and later as director of Edment Building Company which amongst many other landmark contracts built the new Greys Hospital in Pietermaritzburg, as well as the Breakers Hotel and Chartwell Center in Umhlanga Rocks. Henry was one of the founding directors of Conatt [Pty] Ltd and acted as managing director of the company for many years. Henry is now the owner and director of Conatt Projects cc.
